Good DVD Player – Until Audio Failed – Michael K. Terry –
Owned by the HD-A35 for just over two years – suddenly stopped working the audio section.
I believe that two years is too short life for a player who cost so much initially.
To his credit – it was an excellent upconverter for standard DVDs during its short life.
A dead format – C. Her – Maplewood, MN USA
I bought this head when the HD-DVD and Blu-ray discs are still going to the head. I felt as Blu-ray would win, but the price on the HD-DVD is half that of Blu-ray at the time.
For the moment I had the HD-DVD, has served its purpose. He played in HD. Once Blu-ray has become the clear winner, I exchanged this player from Best Buy and got a bit 'more than $ 100 trade in dollars and bought a new Sony Blu-ray. I am happy with my Blu-ray.
Excellent HD-DVD player and DVD upconverter – E. Kurt Cullamar – middle earth
Of course, everyone knows that the format war is over. I bought two Toshiba HD DVD players knowing that he who bought them for negotiations. Since the universality of the Blu-Ray is still not 100%, and there are still tons of standard DVDs there, sometimes I find myself only able to rent titles from my local movie store that are not Blu-Ray.
I finished playing DVDs on my system, but it looks very good, because they are upconverted to 1080p. On a screen size (42 "LCD), image quality is not very far from quality Blu-ray. Therefore, for its particular use, HD-DVD is five stars for its usefulness.

Broke in 2 months…. – Mike – Austin Texas
Bought this at the end of December for uploading. After about 2 months, the first VCR broke and not play all the tapes (continues to eject the tape). It worked very well before going down and it was very easy to use. I called Toshiba and they gave me all the information (and shipping labels) to return for repair. So it was really a plus and very simple. It 'been 3 weeks and still nothing. So, hoping it will be another week or two before recovering. We'll see ….
Piece of junk – Julie K. Aldrich – Walla Walla, WA USA
I bought this book in January and February from the VCR did not work. When I wrote to Toshiba to see what I could do, they told me that I could pay to send their factory and repair and return. I offered to send me a new player, then I send them the piece of trash and was told that this is not what they do, even though I only had the player for a month. With this type of customer service, I will not buy another Toshiba of any kind.
VHS + DVD dubbing – Gary L. Story – Tujunga, CA
Works well. Rewind the recording is a bit 'slow. DVD finalling and formatting is a bit 'slow.
Enjoying Toshiba’s Combo DVR620 DVD/VHS Recorder – P. S. Tave – Fort Worth, TX
I appreciate the combination and with steps 2 through 3. It's nice and elegant film, showing on the screen. I had some doubts, but it was easy to connect to the TV and I'm sure
I ordered the HDMI cables to ensure a successful connection. If you are thinking of a combo, then
This is a good choice.

Good unit – C. Laswick –
My only negative comment on this unit is the distance does not work half the time. I ended up having to turn on and off the equipment.
Great product – Felipe Jaramillo – Colombia
It 'was a bit' bigger than I expected, but beyond that it is an excellent product. Great quality. You can make presentations with 100% ambient light in the room and watch movies with 30-40% of ambient light, which works perfectly for me. I can pack in the same bag as my laptop, so it is very portable, just what I wanted. There are projectors smaller, but are not near the quality of the image like this. Great price too! I got it for $ 600 with shipping.
TOSHIBA TDP-XP2U DLP Is a good buy – Road warrior –
I bought this to connect the Xbox 360 and watching DVDs on. Watch a DVD, the size of my huge wall of 8 meters high and 12 meters wide and impressive. Playing the Xbox 360 is impressive, with vast areas of cooperation during the reading and Multiplayer. However, the game is a bit 'fuzzy, when your character is running long distances, the detail is just not there, as was with the TV Hi Def. But still a great buy. Follow my advice and buy the ceiling mount. I finished it up by relying on a large scale phaseAfter kicking myself for not buying the mountain. This projector is able to hang upside down.
