don’t buy from phillips!!!!!! – Sandra Jones – NJ
This TV is perfect except for the fact that after just over two weeks to possess it, we got a thick vertical green line down the center of the screen. Phillips said it was bad! and wanted to send a refurbished replacement …. and we had to pay on delivery of our TV back to them … Now, of course, was still under warranty, and we bought the extended warranty. We had just over two weeks, and wanted him replaced with a television used …. We spent almost1400 for a TV that would be replaced within two weeks. And beyond that … TV alternative to guarantee 90 days … then it would mean that we were screwed out of our intitial one year warranty and extended warranty 2 years …. and they were very rude and not helpful at all! If you already own this television, take a good look at the manual and read the warranty, I can guarantee that not being happy with what is written there. If you end up having a problem with the 'TV, it was screwed into the bottom of money spent on TV! I will never buy again PHILLIPS PRODUCT! After this issue, I did some research and found many others complaining about Philips LCD TV … and horrible customer service! So do yourself a favor and buy this TV unless you want to seize the opportunity to have a problem with it, and then not having a good company to protect its products and provide good service to their customers.

I bought LCD TV that five months ago to upgrade from my previous Philips 42PFL5332D/37 42 "LCD 720p. I wanted to go beyond 1080p and 120Hz are too cool to resist. I 'I was not disappointed, watching Blu-Ray is so phenomenal in this series, it feels like watching master copy of the study. 120Hz makes video games, sports and live broadcasts so alive and fluid, just do not use film, it creates a dramatic soap opera " that can be turned off by disabling the digitalNatural Motion "in the OSD. I bought my Philips for a wholesale club for Christmas. I was watching and comparing the characteristics of various models. It 'been in the club and has been effective. I saw little difference between the Philips and more expensive models. Best of all, they told me I could bring it back within 90 days if I was not satisfied with the quality. After a few months with several adjustments, I finally set up correctly. I do not see much of blurring. Top Photosis to watch a movie on blu ray. It 'clear crisp. When watching normal television, I do not know if the transmission of this station affects sharpness.
Now that I think my comments in the club, they were probably playing a blue ray DVD. The real test is when you try with your local HDTV.
The remote is so cheap that we are still able to get the battery cover in place. I do not understand why this Niceresearch would be a boring remote search. The buttons should be larger, and grew a bit to make it easy to use. My other TV has a glossy black lacquer distance corresponds to more perfectly. But someone else said, does the job.
I am happy with my first HDTV flat screen. It seems very real on my wall.
