This is my second Panasonic 37 "TV, and I could not be happier with the image quality and ease of use. I highly recommend this TV to anyone.
My Panasonic L37G1 – Morley Barnett –
Purchased for Christmas. Photos of large size and unique function of the tight space (35.5 "). I suspect that the sound quality will be improved with a surround sound system, but overall I am very satisfied.

I bought a Panasonic Viera TC-L37G1 Amazon in October.
In December, the HDMI port (connection) does not work.
Since the TV is less than 42 inches, is not one on site support, even in the first year. Panasonic website states that you must take to a service center nearby.
I live in New York City and have no car. The nearest service center is located in a different neighborhood. The TV weighs about 40 pounds. & Is 27.8 "x 47.7" x 9.0 "in size.
Now I need to rent a van forapproximately 30 miles to the service center for repair!
The most frustrating is that they are trying to get Panasonic. I sent 3 times without response from Panasonic. I called Panasonic 3 times and each time the call center (Philippines) can not connect to the TV service!
All this is very frustrating for a TV that is 2 months.

I ordered Panasonic VIERA TC-G1 Series L37G1 37-inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV, January 4, 2010. They expressed the time, but not what I ordered. This is the first time I ordered on-line electronics, but I had a bad experience! I am awaiting replacement, hopefully will be again. I do not know if I will return to this site to my friends or orders placed against it.
