Optoma = BAD WARRANTY and CUST. SERVICE – Clay A. Ratcliff –
Product has been running for about a month after I gave many opportunities Optoma to remedy the situation. Optoma policy return true warantied not cover shipping costs intital! Thus, after excluding shipping Optoma tried to charge me the repair. After an altercation with a representative of telephone, said they would take care of him. The product was returned to me in the same state, not working. Optoma have clearly indicated that they would not repair the product again, because now he was outwarranty repair even thought reciet clearly indicates the 90 days – NOT YET BUY OPTOMA
